In the vicinity of the Global Tower, located in the heart of the banking district, there is a concentration of vibrant city life, exciting new developments in Frankfurt, and classic attractions. This includes top hotels, a variety of international restaurants, and cultural offerings. The heritage-listed skyscraper is reminiscent in form, color, and materiality of famous modern architecture buildings, such as the Seagram Building in Chicago or the Toronto Domino Center. Reflecting this, the design of the signage in terms of materials and typography incorporates typical features of classic modernism, reminiscent of 1960s America signage. The numerals were specially designed for the construction method consisting of multiple materials and were complemented with appropriate pictograms.

Following its comprehensive revitalization, the tower offers not only premium office spaces but also a platform for future-oriented business models and innovative work environments. With a two-story lobby, dining and event spaces, and accessible rooftop areas, the tower serves as a place for interaction and exchange.

The building’s sustainability is highlighted by the use of environmentally friendly materials, low emissions, and high user-friendliness. The DGNB certification confirms the high standards of the Global Tower and its contribution to a responsible future. With this commitment, the guidance system measures were designed for high quality and long-term use.
